Grimsley Spanish Services is ready to help you with any of your
translating needs. Whether you are an individual or law firm who
simply needs a birth certificate, will, letters of support or other
legal document translated, a researcher needing a Spanish version of
your informed consent form, a company seeking to make a Spanish
version of its webpages, employee handbook or marketing materials,
or who receives faxes in Spanish from Mexican clients or suppliers,
or even an author wanting a Spanish version of an entire book,

We also provide translation review with optional editing, if you
already have a translated document and would simply like us to check
it and point out any errors, or revise an existing translation.

Typical prices for written translations range $20-25/hour, or
$0.08/word for clients who prefer a per-word rate. We reserve the
right to charge a higher rate for unusually technical documents;
send a sample for a price/time estimate.
We also offer transcription services for audio materials in Spanish,
with the option to translate the transcript into English once it has
been transcribed. We can transcribe in any style you need; we are
especially experienced in transcribing in verbatim and general
research formats, and are also familiar with the Jeffersonian system
used in linguistic transcription for conversation analysis.
